Hey Caden, good question. I’ve been fortunate enough to work for companies that already had a policy of paying for conferences. But if your company doesn’t already have such a policy, UIE does a great job of including a “Convince Your Boss” section on each of their conference websites. It gives you talking points to bring to your boss to make the case for investing in your continued design education. Hope that helps!
